How to Place a Freezer Order

Send us an email to place your order. After you place your order, we will email you with weights of quarters we have available, or, if you prefer custom cutting or packaging, we will let you know how soon it will be available, usually about 1 month. We will also calculate the shipping based on the actual weight of your order.

Pricing for Freezer Orders

Front quarters average 120-130 pounds @ $3.85 per pound

Hind quarters average 105-120 pounds @ $4.80 per pound

Half (1 front and 1 hind quarter) average 225-250 pounds @$3.95 per pound

Whole @$3.75 per pound

Front quarters consist of:

• Rib eye steaks;
• Arm and chuck roasts;
• Extra lean ground buffalo.

Hind quarters include:

• T-Bone steaks;
• Top sirloin steaks;
• Round steaks;
• Rump roasts;
• Sirloin tip roasts;
• Extra lean ground buffalo.

Standard packaging includes:

• Two (3/4 inch thick) steaks per package;
• One pound packages of ground buffalo;
• Two to three pound roasts;
• Round steaks tenderized;
• Wrapping in white paper freezer wrap.

Custom packaging is available, (i.e. you may have them cut and packaged according to your specifications). Options at no extra charge include:

• Bone removed from part or all;
• Different size packages;
• No tenderization of round steaks;
• Grinding or cubing the roasts;
• Thicker steaks;
• Including heart, liver or tongue.

For an extra $.25 per pound you may have the hamburger (ground buffalo) made into 1/3 or 1/4 pound patties. Clear plastic packaging is also available for an additional $.20 per package if all the bones are removed; however, the white paper packaging is more durable.

To order, click "Buy Now." Prices include reusable styrofoam cooler and dry ice. Shipping will be added at a rate of $3.00 per pound. All orders will be shipped by UPS on Tuesday of the week after the order is received. Delivery will be Wednesday to Friday, depending on your location. The shipping address must be a physical address, no PO Boxes. Shipping available to lower 48 states only.

Buffalo Soap

Buffalo Soap for Your Hide! $12.95 per box of 4 bars Rectangle or buffalo-shaped bars

This soap is hand mixed from buffalo tallow, soft water, and lye to make a wonderful multipurpose soap. This soap is mild but effective. It is used successfully by people who are allergic to regular soaps. Homemade soaps retain natural glycerin that is removed in the commercial soap-making process, thus adding moisturizing qualities to the homemade soaps. Buffalo tallow is free from chemicals and medications which are given to other types of livestock. Use this soap as a bath, facial, hand or laundry soap. (Rub into wet garments to remove stains, wash delicate hand-washables, or grate and use about 1/4 cup in regular hot water washes.

Tanned Buffalo Hides
